Your autumn story outdoors
An autumn photoshoot is a relaxed walk with time for yourself: colourful leaves, cosy knitwear and natural portraits. Before we meet, we discuss whether you prefer soft, light photographs or a richer mood with earthy colours. You do not need modelling experience: I guide your movements, hands and gaze. We choose a short route so there is time to enjoy taking photographs without rushing from one location to another.
An October photoshoot in Sigulda
Sigulda and the surrounding Gauja valley offer a beautiful setting for a golden autumn photo walk. We can consider the area around Paradise Hill, tree-lined paths or a park, choosing the exact spot for its light, accessibility and your comfort. October is a useful starting point for planning, but the timing of autumn colour varies each year. We check the weather before meeting and agree a suitable time. If conditions are unsuitable, we discuss another location or a change of date under the booking terms.
Jelgava, Jūrmala or a place you love
Your session does not have to be tied to one city. In Jelgava we can look for a quiet park or riverside setting; in Jūrmala, woodland paths and a coastal atmosphere. You are welcome to suggest somewhere meaningful to you elsewhere in Latvia. When choosing a route, we consider the journey, distances between stops and the time available for photographs. Longer transfers between locations are planned in advance so they do not take over the session.
What to wear for an autumn photoshoot
Cream, camel, burgundy and olive work well with autumn scenery. A knitted jumper, coat or scarf adds texture and helps you stay warm. Choose clothes you can move in and comfortable shoes suitable for damp paths. An extra warm layer and spare dry socks can be useful. Send photographs of your outfit options before the session if you would like help putting a look together; you do not need to buy a special wardrobe.
Individual-session pricing and travel
Autumn portraits use the individual package shown below: up to one hour, help with preparation, up to two outfit changes and 70+ edited photographs in an online gallery. Travel is additional to the session price and is quoted individually based on the location, time on the road and fuel costs. We agree the total, including any admission or parking fees, before booking. To enquire, send your preferred date, location and a few words about your idea. For couples or families, we will agree the appropriate package and price.
